Maria Mountain, MSc, is an Exercise Physiologist, speaker, and dedicated goalie training consultant.
As the founder of GoalieTrainingPro.com, she is committed to developing effective, scientifically backed off-ice training programs. Maria has guided goalies at various levels, from minor hockey to
the NHL and every level in between. She has had the privilege of training four Olympic champions from 3different sports. Her experience with elite athletes has reinforced her mission: to provide the guidance that goalies need to unlock their potential, win more games and prevent injuries along the way.
